Hi, I’m Chuan Zhao, PhD, founder of Sky Blue Stays.
After years working in the tech industry as a Senior Staff Software Engineer and Architect, I saw an opportunity to bring more transparency, responsibility, and trust into the world of property management.
I founded Sky Blue Stays to combine the precision and systems thinking of my engineering background with a people-centered approach to real estate — one built on respect, integrity, and hospitality-level care.
